Hitachi Solutions America Holds Seventh Annual Microsoft CRM Customer Conference

Hitachi Solutions America, the 2014 Microsoft Dynamics Worldwide CRM Partner of the Year, just concluded its seventh annual Microsoft CRM Customer Conference held in Greenville, South Carolina from September 24 to 26. This year's event hosted over 250 professionals representing more than 110 companies from industries such as financial services, manufacturing, professional services, transportation, and technology.

Hitachi Solutions America recognized a number of customers with Customer Achievement Awards this year in 13 categories, including CRM Advocate of the Year, Sales Automation, Customer Service, Mobility, xRM, Insurance, Health Plans, Manufacturing and Professional Services, to name a few.

The first day of the conference included industry roundtables for insurance and health plans, capital markets and banking, professional services, and manufacturing. The second day of the conference began with a compelling presentation from Kevin Lewis of Milliken & Company, which was followed by the Customer Achievement Awards ceremony and an afternoon of twelve breakout sessions on business and technical topics.

Matthew Osborne from Sabert Corporation also gave a presentation during the second day of the conference. The final day featured a third customer keynote presentation from Gwendolyn Wells from Protective Life Corporation, three additional breakout sessions and a closing keynote from Connor Marsden, Senior Director, Dynamics National Sales for Microsoft.
