We hire for the following positions at Customer Effective:

Solutions Consultant

Our Solutions Consultants act in a consulting role on assigned projects. They may work remote or virtual, with 60% of their time traveling throughout the US to customer sites. They provide in-depth application and business consultation for enterprise Microsoft CRM solutions. Prior experience in business requirements gathering, process orientation, implementations, and project management is required. Experience and knowledge of CRM is essential. Desired skills include T-SQL.  Bachelor Degree is required.

 

Pre-Sales Engineer or Architect

Customer Effective is looking for a junior to senior- level Pre-Sales Engineer or Architect.  In this role, you will be working in Product Management and will work directly with our Sales Executives.  You will be the technical liaison to our sales division during the demonstration phase of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities include: requirement gathering from sales or directly from clients; configuring MS Dynamics CRM for sales demonstrations; organizing intellectual property and demo assets (25% of your time).  Travel 2-4 nights a month is required.  Close proximity to Greenville, SC, is desired.

Necessary skills and experience include: Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a must (2 years, or 1 year plus MS certification). You must have some technical combination of JavaScript, HTML, or SharePoint.  You must have experience configuring and customizing MS Dynamics CRM, AX, NAV, or GP.  Excellent client presentation skills are required, as you will be traveling to the client site on occasion. 

 

Senior .NET Developer

If you have a passion for developing with .Net and the Microsoft platform, we are looking for you. Our Developers interface heavily with our Project Leaders and customers to determine the best technology solution to solve complex business problems. To be successful, you must have excellent communication skills along with 4+ years of experience developing web based platforms and .Net. Prior experience in Dynamics CRM, mobile technology or SharePoint is highly desired. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.

 

SharePoint Developer

Customer Effective is growing and expanding our development team in Greenville, SC. We would like to talk to you if you are a SharePoint Developer and enjoy customer interaction and solving complex business solutions. Our development team interfaces heavily with our Project Leaders and customers to determine the best technology solutions possible. SharePoint technology has become a vital part of CRM implementations and we would like to leverage your expertise. To be successful, you must have excellent communication skills along with 2+ years of SharePoint and 7+ years of full life cycle software development experience. Prior experience in Dynamics CRM is highly desired. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
