Training

Your technology solution is only as good as the people who use it. If it’s too hard to use, if your people don’t know how to use it, if they don’t know how to get the most out of it, then it’s just technology…not a solution at all. Any time you introduce new technology into established work processes, it is a dramatic change. We know it, and you know it. That’s why we encourage our customers to get involved in technology implementations from beginning to end. From building a Core Team of client subject matter experts to be active and advocate the process during the early phases all the way through to end-user training. We know that involving client users early and often is vital to any project’s success.

At the beginning of your implementation project, we’ll conduct a kick-off meeting to train your Core Team on the base product. That way, they’ll be able to contribute ideas within the context of the solution’s functionality. And since no two companies are the same, we want to ensure that your people have a voice where their business processes are concerned. We don’t save the training for the end of the project…we offer education and training throughout your implementation so that you and your people have everything you need to make informed decisions.

When it’s time to train all of the end users, Customer Effective will put together a training program that focuses on the major functional areas within the organization. Your company might benefit best from a “train the trainer” format, which helps foster user adoption and a sense of ownership of the system by those conducting the training. Perhaps a custom-designed curriculum with courses and events might be required for a large-scale implementation or to encourage ongoing learning. Or you might prefer that we conduct the training for you, in either a classroom setting or one-to-one where it may be appropriate. The point is we are tremendously flexible. Because if your users don’t get it, they won’t use it. So we are going to do everything we can to make sure the training suits your needs and your particular environment.
