Prior Life
After living the life of a stay at home mom for twelve years, I started a bookkeeping company. My relationship with Customer Effective started when they became one of my clients and this eventually led to a full time position as Controller.
Personal Philosophy
In order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Time with my family, travel, reading, playing with my dogs.
Where in your background was your biggest learning experience?
When I started my bookkeeping company, I would deal with 15 different types of businesses and people in a single week. This taught me how to be flexible, how to deal with different types of personalities on a daily basis, and how to learn from other people’s philosophies.
What's your Favorite Thing about Working at Customer Effective?
We have a great group of people that are all working together with an incredible attitude of becoming the best we can possibly be.

Customer Effective will do whatever it takes to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the implementation of CRM. It is never a single effort. Our entire team is there for you in order to achieve your desired results.
How does the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?
We use CRM to manage our entire client base. I am constantly amazed by the information I can generate from the product. It can create information for me that previously would have taken hours to compile.

Even though working in the technology field is an exciting opportunity, it is the people that work here that are the heart of Customer Effective.
