The first day of my first job out of college – Shift Supervisor for a textile manufacturer. Lesson learned – polish up the resume.

If you had 30 seconds to tell a prospect about why they should choose Customer Effective for their Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation, what would you say?
Customer Effective is 24x7. I'm surrounded by people who truly care about making customers successful and are responsive to clients' needs. If I send an email to any of our consultants at 10 o'clock on a Sunday night, I usually get a response back within 15 minutes. I hear the same thing from my customers when I ask them about their opinions about working with Customer Effective. Simply put, our consultants are passionate about what they do.
How does the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?
After being in sales for the last 10 years, I finally feel like I don't have to "use a CRM product". I never leave Outlook!
Why do you love working at Customer Effective?
I love the fact that almost without exception, every company that we help implement CRM does not hesitate to say yes when I ask them if they'll be a reference for us. I've got more references in the last 24 months with Customer Effective than I had in my previous 10 years combined.
