What do you like to do outside of work?
I can’t think of a better place to unwind than a good baseball game. Perfection just might be a weekday afternoon game at Wrigley…sunny skies, of course. I am also a fan of most run-of-the-mill activities, particularly where I can spend time with my family, learn something new, edge out an overly sensitive friend or all of the above. If you asked me to stop by the art museum or take in a musical, I’d be okay with that, too.

Where in your background was your biggest learning experience?
The early days at MCI Telecommunications were probably my biggest learning experiences. Acquisitions, politics, reductions in force, competition and opportunity. The exposure early on taught me a lot about business, technology, but moreso, about how to deal with people.

What's your Favorite Thing about Working at Customer Effective?
Talented people and the resolve of everyone here to work as a team to get things done for our customers. We have no individuals here.

If you had 30 seconds to tell a prospect about why they should choose Customer Effective for their Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation, what would you say?
CRM is all we do. Because of this deep specialization, we are able to deliver what customers really want and need from a trusted advisor: Leadership, confidence, and guidance cemented in experience. Our approach is not about collecting requirements and delivering a software install; it’s about walking down a familiar path with you to achieve measurable results.

How does the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?
I have used 4 CRM applications over the years and replaced 35 ‘alt’-‘tab’ keyboard buttons. Those days are gone. It’s one application, MS Outlook for everything I need to manage my day: emails, appointments, tasks, customer information, documentation…EVERYTHING.
