What do you like to do outside of work?Play with my daughter, play guitar, try new software, Xbox 360.
Where in your background was your biggest learning experience? My biggest learning experience in life has been becoming a father. Regarding CRM philosophy, my experience working as a salesperson using various CRM applications have given me an understanding of what is required for CRM success, and an appreciation of the implementation hurdles faced by CRM users.

How does the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance? I use CRM to schedule my work and track my communication with clients. It makes me more efficient because when I get a call for technical support or go to a client’s location for a training session, I can get a 360 degree view of what else is going on with the account that may have impact on what I’m doing.
