What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy everything with my family, especially if it is outdoors.
Where in your background was your biggest learning experience?
At the beginning of each project there is a lot to learn about the people and company you are working with. I enjoy this learning experience each time.
What's your Favorite Thing about Working at Customer Effective?
My co-workers are great, learning how different companies work is always a new challenge, and helping make customers successful is motivating.

CRM is what we do and we do it well. Our focus includes all aspects of MSFT CRM with nothing else to distract us from being the best CRM consultants. We have the right tools and people to make your company better.
How does the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?
Customer Effective is run on CRM. From managing existing projects and work planning, to daily time and expense reporting, using our CRM saves me time. As a result, I can spent more time with my customers.
Why do you love working at Customer Effective?
Our focus is around tools that can do so much for so many. It is rewarding to work in such an environment and make this happen.
