Experience
10 years of CRM experience across many applications including Microsoft CRM, Siebel, Salesforce.com, Clarify and a few boutique applications. Project work includes CRM implementations for AT&T/Cingular Wireless, Daimler Benz, Disney, IBM, Time Warner and many financial services organizations.

Don’t settle for what may be the right solution. Push until you know you have the best path to take.
What do you like to do outside of work?
My wife Melanie, son Henry, daughter Marlow and I spend as much time together as possible enjoying the water and beaches around us. I am a fanatical sports fan – Phillies, Steelers, Ohio State and Miami University – and enjoy playing golf.
Where in your background was your biggest learning experience?
My undergraduate degree is in Architecture from Miami University. The studio experience of an architecture student is a full time job with lots of late nights. During the design process, we were continually challenged to find a better answer to a question. Commitment, passion and pursuit of a better answer are keys I use every day.
What's your Favorite Thing about Working at Customer Effective?
Working closely with a group of bright, intelligent and motivated individuals that have a passion for providing superior business solutions to our customer base.

How does the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?
CRM provides me with a productivity tool for managing all aspects of my role and responsibilities both efficiently and effectively. I leverage our dashboards on a daily basis and drive through to the information I need from there. From resource planning to project issue tracking and communication tracking, CRM supports me all day long. Of course Outlook integration is a key component of all CRM interaction.
Why do you love working at Customer Effective?
I love being able to take on projects and responsibilities that expand my experience, enhance my professional skills, and further my career in a technology dominated world. By far, the most rewarding aspect is seeing customers realize measurable business change and the excitement that comes with that realization.
